Information for Patients Looking to Join Our Practice

We appreciate you considering our practice for your dental care. To help you decide whether we are the right fit for you, please take a moment to read the information below before getting in touch.

We are a fully private dental practice and do NOT provide NHS dental treatments.

We do NOT offer Denplan services. If you are currently a Denplan member, we recommend contacting another Denplan-registered practice or the Denplan Helpline for guidance.

All new patients are required to attend a new patient registration appointment, which includes a full dental check-up and any necessary X-rays. This is a standard requirement for everyone joining us, regardless of previous dental visits or existing dental plans.

Our monthly dental plan is available only after a detailed dental examination has been completed. Patients must be dentally fit before they can be enrolled on the plan.

A £40 booking fee is required to secure an appointment. Payment can be made easily via a secure link sent to your mobile phone or email. Please note that appointments can only be confirmed once payment has been received.

We are a paper-free practice, so all correspondence, including registration forms, medical questionnaires, and appointment confirmations, will be sent by email. We kindly ask patients to ensure they are comfortable communicating with us electronically.

Emergency appointments are charged at £74, plus the cost of any treatment required. While we will always assess your concern, treatment on the same day cannot be guaranteed.

As our team is currently very busy, we may not be able to answer every individual enquiry. We kindly ask that you refer to our website, where you will find detailed information about our services, fees, and policies.

Our team is working hard to support all patients during this busy period. While our staffing resources are limited, we will always do our best to help where we can. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, and for courtesy towards our staff as they assist with your dental needs.
